01 Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the DOSESWELL.COM website and the DosesWell digital products (together, the "Services"), provided by DOSES WELL LLC ("DosesWell," "we," "us"). By using the Services or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Services.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to purchase.

02 The products

DosesWell sells digital products — including the GLP-1 Protein Cheat Sheet ($7), the Meal Plan Workbook ($27), and the Complete 12-Week Launch Kit ($47) — delivered as downloadable files, templates, and links (such as PDFs, Google Sheets, and Notion templates). Product contents and pricing may change over time. Delivery is electronic and typically immediate after a successful purchase.

03 Medical disclaimer

DosesWell products provide general nutrition education, frameworks, and organizational tools. They are not a substitute for professional medical or nutritional advice, and using them does not create a doctor–patient, dietitian–client, or any professional relationship.

• We are not your physician, dietitian, pharmacist, or healthcare provider, and the products are not tailored to your individual medical situation.
• GLP-1 medications and weight loss carry medical considerations that are specific to each person. Always consult your prescribing physician or a registered dietitian before changing your nutrition, supplements, calorie intake, or anything connected to your medication.
• Nothing in the products should be used to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition.
• If you experience concerning symptoms, seek qualified medical care promptly. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services.

You are responsible for your own health decisions and for how you use the information in our products.

04 Pricing & payment

Prices are shown on the site in USD and may change at any time, though changes won't affect purchases already completed. Payments are processed by Stripe, which acts as the merchant of record and may collect applicable sales tax or VAT. By purchasing, you also agree to any terms presented by Stripe at checkout.

05 Refund policy

We offer a 7-day refund on our products. If a product isn't right for you, email ADMIN@DOSESWELL.COM within 7 days of purchase and we'll issue a refund. Because our products are digital and delivered immediately, refunds are provided at our discretion and may be declined where we reasonably believe the policy is being abused (for example, repeated buy-and-refund activity). Refunds are returned to your original payment method and may be processed through Lemon Squeezy.

06 License & restrictions

When you purchase a product, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use it for your own individual, non-commercial use. You may not:

• Resell, sublicense, share, distribute, or publicly post the products or their contents.
• Reproduce them for others, or use them to create a competing product.
• Remove or alter any copyright or proprietary notices.
• Share your download links, files, or template access with people who have not purchased.

We may revoke your license if you breach these Terms.

07 Intellectual property

The Services and all content — including text, designs, templates, logos, the DosesWell name, and the products themselves — are owned by DOSES WELL LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Aside from the license in section 6, no rights are transferred to you.

08 Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Services, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with the site's operation, infringing others' rights, or using the Services for unlawful purposes.

09 Third-party tools

Our products may rely on third-party platforms such as Google Sheets and Notion, and our checkout uses Lemon Squeezy. Your use of those tools is subject to their own terms and policies, and we aren't responsible for them. You may need a free account with a third-party provider (such as Notion) to use certain templates.

10 Disclaimer of warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the products will meet your expectations, achieve any particular health, weight, or nutrition result, or that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free. Individual results vary.

11 Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DosesWell and DOSES WELL LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Services or products — including any health-related outcomes. To the extent we are found liable, our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.

12 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DosesWell, DOSES WELL LLC, and its team from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Services or your breach of these Terms.

13 Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of KENTUCKY, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be handled in the courts located in BOYD COUNTY, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

14 Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll revise the "Last updated" date above when we do, and your continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
